We carefully curate our collections, and all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there's an issue with
your purchase under New Zealand Consumer Law, such as a faulty
item, we're here to help.

If something’s not quite right with your order, please let us know within
7 days of receiving it by emailing us at hello@poppysfashionarchive.co.nz.
We'll review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement,
or refund according to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

All prices are in NZD and include GST. Orders are dispatched
once full payment has been received.

We proudly ship across New Zealand and Australia! Delivery times depend
on your location, and while we do our best to ensure timely arrivals,
please note that courier delays may occur beyond our control.
